The only one I can think of is "The Detectives" as this had the sound of whatever the opening scene for that episode was, a very "drama" esque title sequence for a sitcom.

Several episodes of "One foot in the grave" omitted the title music, usually the 2 hander episodes, and one which is just a monologue.

OOOH!!!  The other is "Porridge!!"

I forgot about Outnumbered and Porridge. The other one i was thinking of was Time Gentlemen, Please.
It just shows how many do without intro themes, any more anyone?
