That's one of the little details I had all but forgotten, with time, and just re-discovered watching the whole lot again recently.

That was from the same episode with Richard Wilson quoted above, which I still think is one of the funniest, but my all-round favourite must be the one with the three bishops coming to Craggy Island to inspect a precious relic...

Our team surpasses themselves there, managing to kill one of the bishops outright, to convert the second into an agnostic hippy leaving for India, and send the third home with the precious relic stuck up his arse... it nearly killed me, too...
