Here's one I had never heard of, bumped into it by chance and I'm just loving it!

Nick Lyndhurst, always great, is Peter Chapman, codename Piglet, an electronics expert tricked into joining the most bumbling incarnation of MI5 you're likely to see, Johnny English is a real pro compared to this bunch Cheesy

Special mention goes also to Clive Francis as Drummond, Piglet's boss, and Michael Percival as operative agent Dexter (not easy to play THAT stoopid and remain believable Grin

), but the whole cast is extremely good.

you know, i could have sworn that i made a post about the Piglet Files this last few days, must not have done.
I caught it on paramount a couple of days back and to be honest, i'd class it as a "so bad, its good" type of comedy (rather like Bread and the other Lyndhurst comedy "The Two Of Us") Its really dated and the whole premise of the spy set-up is pretty lame but it does have a strange watchability that draws me to it everytime i see it in the TV listings.
