Hi. Im searching for any info on these two series. Horrace was about an old simple bloke who lived with his mum and had some pigeons.
Andy Capp was a series with James Bolam.
neither have ever been released on DVD or VHS .
is there anywhere online to maybe watch these or somehow to obtain copies of them?
please help...
thanks.

Andy, Flo, Chalkie, Percy... always loved Reg Smythe's comic strip, and always been curious about the TV show myself, sounds like James Bolam could have made a good job of it, but I've never been able to find even a screenshot anywhere, either...
As for Horace, never even heard of, and it seems hardly any information is available anywhere, it's not on imDb or TV.com, the British Comedy Guide barely mentions it, and even ITV seem to have all but forgotten about it... Here's what little I could find: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=32036816Don't think that DVD was ever made, though...

ioffer.com is known over here as an honest enterprise and a lot of us who will have what we want regardless of what the studios say use this outfit. That is NOT to say the product will be professional quality, that the picture will be equivalent to a commercial release, or anything like that, and they make no such claims. These products are usually taped off the air by enthusiasts and the quality is widely varying. But the site has a reputation for honesty and delivering what it says it will deliver. So if you really really really have to have that show from the 60s that's not available in commercial release, this is just about the only way you will see it. The only other website that has an equally good reputation for this sort of thing is www.sell.com. Both that and ioffer.com are well regarded.

I have used ioffer several times and always found it to be pretty good, though a lot of stuff like this has disappeared lately, in the uk. Have the coipyright police been in or something?
